After cutting 1 1/4 front coils and 1 rear coil, had an annoying "thunk" over larger bumps. Swaybar link, toe link and extension pipe trying to share the same time and space in front of the muffler.
Removed the sway bar and drove like that for about 3 weeks while I plotted, still getting a thunk from the toe link.
Mods went like this:
Sway bar:
Made new lowering brackets, and extended the links. Bar installed upside down and links go up to control arms from below.

Toe link:
Cut and re-welded toe link to arch down away from the exhaust.

A quick test drive seemed OK, but my normal commute goes through some construction zones, so tomorrow will tell. Removed the rubber donuts from the tops of the springs, so the car is a little lower now as well.
The brake line was too short to reach down through the bracket I welded back on, so I tie-wrapped it to the top of the bracket and called it done. I'll have to check back for signs of contact, as it's the highest point now. Also, some would say the sway bar hangs pretty low, but it won't get hit by anything that's able to pass under my street-sweeper air damn.

No more clunk and lots of clearance for the 2" sewer pipe Suprf1y says I should be running.

So far so good, ride is nice and quite now.
Doesn't seem to turn in and rotate as nicely now, pushes the front end a little more. Surprising, because the sway bar is back on the rear, but I'm puttting it down to having lowered the rear more. I'm going to drive and look at it for a while, but I'm considering cutting the front coils just a little more.
