That used to be mine.

If that attempt at a post did not work...it's in my gallery on here anyway.

I know this section is normally for the 3 pot Mk1's but as the thread started with 4 pot GTi's, I will add mine as well.

Australian delivered, built August 1986, MK1 GTi, 1.3 DOHC, air conditioned, powered sunroof, ski bars. A lot more about the car and a 1986 Road Test are in my personal gallery.

Hi,

I haven't taken any pic since I bought it, so this is when it was still for sale from triple-R.

It has now 14" steel with 165/55-14 and I'm thinking of upgrading breaks to mk2 Gti setup at front end.

Those are some nice mk1's. There's some pics of mine in my gallery, but it still needs a little work.

I got them from jcr557, actually one of his ebay auctions, I painted the housings white instead of the molded black, resprayed the reflectors with some 'chrome' paint, and had to cut holes for the small tail light bulbs but all went well, you can see them here http://www.teamswift.net/viewtopic.php?p=90578#90578

And c'mon! dont be a bumper hog! I only need one
