Hello, Everybody!

I have an SA413-AA53 car (1987, with left wheel, European). I need to know, where is the fresh air inlet connection of blower motor? I have to install onto way of fresh air a washable dust filter, but I don't want to disassemble wheel, instrument panel, etc. every time...

Have You got any idea for "fast cleanable filter"? Have You got any drawing/photo from inlet of blowing motor unit?

It may be difficult to do what you want, since the windshield cowl area is welded together on a MK1. However, if you remove the square wiper motor assembly (four bolts) located on the firewall, you may be able to reach in and see the air intake duct, circled in the picture below. I no longer own a MK1, but I think the wiper assembly represents a hole about 22 cm wide X 15 cm high in size.
