Just got one of those aluminum radiators from Ebay for my 91 Firefly. http://www.ebay.com/itm/251898033150?_t ... EBIDX%3AIT Looks as if everything is right, except it sits about an inch too high. Is there a different lower bracket that would make it line up right? Maybe the bracket for an automatic sits lower because of the extra transmission cooler?

Also, I just got my turbo off, it's putting oil into the intake. Doesn't seem to be any play in the impeller shaft. Should I just find a turbo specialist, or is there a rebuild kit that would be easy to put in?

Yes. The automatic cradle sits lower.

I believe you can get a turbo rebuild kit, but your results may vary.

If you decide to attempt the rebuild you're self be aware the shaft has reverse threads. I didn't know this and ruined mine.
