Need a new tac and would like any info on my options. I had a glow shift and I have seen the inexpensive one at auto zone mentioned on the forum but are those my only options?
I'm not too keen on setting one for 6 cyl and dividing the reading.
If I had any electronic engineering skills what so ever I'd investigate an in line cylinder selector switch which I don't think is a half bad idea. Any tac on any engine. I wonder if I could pull the cylinder selector switch out of my old glow shift tac and give it a try.
I know just enough to think of it but not enough into implement it with out the fear of smoking a new tac. But it is a thought.
Just as a side note I'm not intrested in spending 500$. I'm not looking to go the cheapest either.
If I could stay around 100/150$ that would be good for my budget. This is one instance where less is better though.

Thank you. That should work good for me. Right in my price range. Awesome.
