Anyway thanks for reminding me I need to bump this thread.

I did w/p, t-belt and timing cover for starters, since the w/p was leaking.
Not good, lots of sludge.

I got into more of it this weekend. Complete nightmare.
Many hose nipples were completely deteriorated, coolant passage in cold air valve
is 100% plugged, same with turbo coolant passage. The coolant tube was just ridiculous.
Thermostat was stuck closed. I'm only driving around the parking lot as of yet, but still
took out the new water pump..I didn't realize yet there was zero coolant flow.

I did manage to swap out a coolant tube. But the only way to fix the rest is to swap out
the complete intake manifold, and were probably looking at a turbo as well.

This is what I'm dealing with the white flame car.
