Yeah just got in from filling the truck...$1.26L for reg...and it likes the good stuff...just nucking futs. It's been costing about $70 a week to drive it to work since I can't use the Cav anymore due to conflicting schedules between my wife and I. Can't wait to get the car back in a couple of weeks...

Found this pic the other day...makes perfect sense to me.

In Toronto Canada the price is $1.34 a litre for 87. 94 octane is about $1.50 a litre.

Regular jumped 15 cents to $1.14/litre here in Red Deer a day ago. The Mohawk in town stayed at 95.9 for the rest of the day. There were lineups of about 50 cars long at it. Boy, does it feel good to drive my sprint right now. If I was driving my dream camaro, it would still be a ratty peice of crap.

An update for everybody:

Am I allowed to be dissapointed now? At first, I never realized how brutal the gas price increases were until I filled up today. I haven't filled up in two weeks (I don't drive a TON), so I was like "HOLY SH1T!" when I went to the pumps. It cost me $40cdn for 32.01L of premium 91 octane shell gas. That is an increase of $8.50cdn per fill up for me. To put it into good perspective, thats 2-3 meals at wendy's. And thats 2-3 times per month. Sure, minumum wage was increased in Alberta to $7.00cdn flat on September 1st, but that doesn't help me at $7.50cdn. Makes me thank God I drive a Firefly.

no... not true at all time. depend on your luck OR mind OR gut.

i use a cheat system ( http://www.vancouvergasprices.com/ ) to watch out gas price.

expert said we will never see less than 95 again.

Last night I drove from Frankfurt/Germany through Nertherlands and Belgium to France and back.
I thought it was expensive in Germany, 'cause it used to be cheaper in France and Belgium, but in France is is even more expensive today. They said in the stock exchange report that the USA supplyers are wiping out the European spot market clean, buying up our gas, and that was causing the high prices in Europe.

oh that sucks, when I was in Switzerland last month I thought $1.54 CAN a litre was bad not it must really suck. Gas prices just dropped to $1.06 litre CAN in toronto but are still $1.19 litre here. I'm glad I filled 70 litres of gas in gas cans at $.97 litre two weeks ago. :D
