Has anyone installed a wideband O2 sensor on a metro? If so what kind of fuel mixtures did you observe? How about simulating the narrowband signal with the wideband and shifting the sensors output curve like some sensors allow. This way the ECM would theoretically run the car leaner.

I just got my Sprint Vert on the road, with my wide band O2 sensor. In the warmup mode it reads 12.5. Warmed up, on the highway, it reads 14.5. To early to have an opinion. BUT, I'm open to others.

Yes, i've been using an LM-1 to simulate the stock sensor and bias the output to lean things to about 15.2:1 ....works fine.

What was the result of it working well? Did actual fuel economy increase? Did the engine ping more under load?

Thank you,
