Now before you laugh and think I am off my rocker, think about this. Think about how much your mileage drops in busy city driving. Now imagine that plus some mileage drop in cold weather.

For the last three nights I have delivered newspapers to 300+ customers except sunday when I had about 420 customers plus another 400 papers for stores, etc...(about 950 lbs total I guess) and driven to my day job.

Most of my customers have individual paper boxes so that is a lot of stop and go driving. and to top it all off, it was only 23 degrees last night!!

I think the old POS metro is doing pretty well considering the abuse I have put it through in the past (its seen more air time than Michael Jordan).

I wish I could get it out on a highway and see what kind of mileage it really gets. My best ever was something like 48.5

Ended up being 30 on the nose. Not bad for that type of driving. Cut my fuel cost in half for my route.
