This is a nice job.
Detail it and it's going to be better : headlights from Canada, Gt seats, they do fit right in, new dash, a compound....

It IS quite nicely done. That aircraft aluminum with the visible studs and shiny exhaust system, not to mention the airplane "radial engine" look of the connecting rod housing, look very "airplane." :-)

The turbo idea sounds promising. Nice performance curve in there, hahahaha.

Certainly an interesting project but sorry I do not get the aircraft connection.

More like "farm tractor or rotor tiller" comes to mind.

The "connecting rod housing" is actually the push rod tube.

The e-bay ad is pretty bizarre too. All that work and narrative only to make mention that the door locks need lubricating?? Why not just lubricate the door locks?

TH

Right on bro !

9.4 peak HP -- 8 continuous. :vibe:

so 0-60 in 3 days?? :D

he says will do 60 if turbo added?
i recall it takes 20hp to sustain a Metro at 60mph.

and now gets 70 mpg?
TH and i and dozens more can do 70 mpg "on straight road" or whatever.

As is, this is an impractical car. :(
