GOSH DARN IT!!!!!!

THE SUZUKI G13B DOHC 16 VALVE IS LISTED BY THE FACTORY AT 101HP.

in the world of small displacement that 1 hp omission represents 1% of the engine's output. while it's only a single hp i expect a bit more precision from a suzuki enthusiast. :-P

In reality, these are very old engines, and he could wait it out, or go find a beater swift gt, any where in the states, or if lucky enough at your local junk yard.

for a transplant, snagging a complete donor car is the way to go.

it can be a rusted out shit box as long as the complete power unit is there. when you have the complete car you can be assured to have all the little bits to complete the swap.

there are some things beyond the engine that are needed to do the swap. at the least you need the snip of chassis wiring to support the ignition - coil and ignitor. you need the ecu, engine wiring harness, a compatible instrument cluster, engine mounts, axles, shift linkage, radiator and hoses, etc.
