How in the? If you want to get your car on the road you could just order a timing belt kit I think I paid $12.00 with shipping for mine from rock auto should come with everything but the bolt and silver plate that it rides on. If that plate is gone Too and or the bolt (the head is 13mm I'm not sure of its pitch) go to the hardware and get yourself a washer a new bolt and some red locktight. Put the washer behind the tensioner you'll have to use a small pry bar to holt tension on it while you tighten the new locktighted bolt in get it tight I think it was 87 inch pounds or so. Then let it sit overnight. just be sure you cant twist your belt any further than 90 degrees once everything is set and be sure to check it regularly until you find a new plate it should be the same as a n/a 87-88 sprint.

-Good luck.
