Alright guys, im new to this forum was previously on redlinegti and i know very little about the swift. Im after a set of cams preverably just for street to mid track when i get around to it and i can barely find any decent sites to buy fresh ones! had my eye on these ones http://www.pt2w.com/srd/index.php?main_ ... ucts_id=53 if anyone would care to ahve a stab at these and there opinion would be greatly appreciated, or im after a set of bd10s.

sadly i have very little knowledge about the swift so please excuse myself if i do not use the correct terminology etc..

btw this is my swift.

BD10 profile is 215 duration/.345 lift.

My most popular cams for the DOHC are 210/340 and 222/365.
I can do a set to your door for a little more than $500, and I would be happy to make a recommendation.
There is a chip developed to work with the 210/340 and it should probably work with the 222/365 cams as well.

Click on the 3-tech performance logo near the top of the forum page or you can talk to Superf1y.. He sells cams and has an excellent reputation with reasonable prices.

I am currently running mikes 222/365 grind and it is nothing short of amazing!!!! Absolutely loving it, and as Mike stated I am running the 210/340 ecu chip with great results.... Dominating ice racing with this setup!!!!

Same here. Power comes on very hard between 4000-4500 rpm.

What's the idle like?

I'm going 210/340 only because of its idle

Look through the clips i've uploaded and you'll find one while at idle.

222/365 works well . no idle issues and i'm using carbs.
They will idle around 800 rpm with a very lightweight flywheel.
