try Suzuki parts nation (motorcycle parts) they are in the Netherlands. after a lot of research I cross-referenced the shifter bushings to a Suzuki motorbike, I bought a lot of them to keep on hand at all times. I have 5 standard cars, I go thru a lot of bushings.
when I go home I will find the box they came in and see if I can get some part numbers and a address for the company I got them from.

i just make a trip to a local hardware store and find bronze bushings that are about the right size. then i trim them down to fit the linkage to get rid of the plastic bushings.

if you do that mod one time you will never wear the bronze bushings out and the shifter linkage will never get sloppy.

the shifter end is quite close to the exhaust pipe and i have actually melted the oem plastic bushings. it takes way more heat to melt bronze.

http://www.cmsnl.com ( that's where I found some of these bushings)the others I bought up as old stock from my local dealership)
Suzuki bushing part # 28231-60B10 (hard nylon insert)
Suzuki rubber bushing # 09305-14006 (rubber barrel insert)
Suzuki steel bushing # 09180-10141
Suzuki shoulder trans bolt # 09111-08089 (silver)
Suzuki shoulder trans bolt # 09111-08090 (black)
I don't know the exact difference on those last 2 bolt numbers, but it must have been something because I ordered 10 of each.
one of those bolts is for the front of the shift linkage, the other for the rear.....I think....
