Has anybody ever tried to source a Forged Crank? I know SRD sell them but.... I was wondering if there was another source? I found a few on line but they turn out to be the Swift g13BB crank which I believe is cast. Be is stronger then the G13A, I still need to replace the crank I have as it is beyond getting turned.

DOHC crank is forged and nitrided. It's a premium piece.

Oh I know... and it seems to be gold now days. in 2007 when I first built my engine there seemed to be more available. I did find someone who would build a billet crank, but at a major price.. I could build a 4a-gze for the cost of the crankshaft..
