My car accelerates way too much at cold, 2300rpm, i wanted to delete the cold valve, so i end with the idle getting at 2300rpm at cold and even though my idle its fine when warm (900rpm steady) i heard that this valve can make the idle unstable even at warm temperature.

I tried to install a blank plate without a hole between the csvalve and the manifold but the car would just stall after it started

What i'm i doing wrong?
The bolt in the intake is one and half turns from closed. I tried to give 2 more turns and it would stall anyway

Thanks

It will work without it and won't affect warm idle. You will have to open the throttle and rev the car up on a cold stet though, until it warms up.
What I would recommend is putting a valve or restriction in the air hose that goes to the valve. You can limit the amount of air that gets to the valve which won't let engine rev so high when cold. Because you have a proper warm idle, it's shows that the valve does close enough warm, it's just letting to much air past when it's cold.
