Hello again, I have noticed this throttle plunger is keeping the throttle momentarily open after is let off of the throttle. If I hold the little plunger back this does not occur. Would there be any harm in removing it or is there any way to adjust it? Any help is much appreciated .

There is no way to 'adjust' it, but you can drill a very tiny hole in it to help the air escape more quickly when the throttle presses against it.

As for removing it completely, I have never tried it that way , but I would imagine Suzuki included it for a reason.

Is this a normal practice ? Has anyone else had this issue?

Just for a reference drilling a small hole worked wonders. Really glad I'm getting it dialed in. I'm taking it to a massive car cruise weekend tomorrow in ocean city Maryland. I can't wait to troll some Hondas .
