i see the king racing and acl race bearing, but i don't know who is better.

Acl race main 5M8337H and rod 4B8336H.
but i need 0,25mm

As long as you stay with the racing series they are both very good! My opinion Acl is slightly better.

They are decent but not near as good as the Acl or King race series bearings. If car is just a street car then the sealed power will be fine but if it's being raced or some track days then I would stick with a race bearing.

ACL, King or Mahle...nothing else.

I used stock sized king bearings on my 89 g13b rebuild have had no problems,

I have a set of ACL racing mains and Con rod bearings on the way. I'm using std size since my crank was within tolerances. I'll be plasti-gauging before installation to make sure clearances are right.
