i have been watching these keihin ITB 45mm with 300cc denso injectors, but im not too sure if the spacing will be right for the G13B engine, or if i can adapt them in any way

Only way to be sure is to put it against the head and see how they line up.
Lining up is easier with an itb that you can separate eacht throttle body, like the ones off a gsxr1000 k1.

Personally 45mm is too big, the Keihin's from the cbr900 are 40mm from memory and port spacing is extremely close, it's only the middle two runners that need to be angled ever so slightly.

On facebook some company from Australia was advertising Itbs. Some with long runners, some short, or medium lenth. All depending on the need.
