If parting out im interested in the headlights and corner lights. Also does this car have the larger front knuckles/brakes than standard metro? If so what would you like for the whole works shipped to 53545 (wi)?

Hi,

I would be interested in the center console, the upper center console, both door mirrors if in good operating conditions, and door panels if they are good... There might be other stuff but I can't think of anything elser right now... Oh yeah, how 'bout the parcel shelf with panels, rear tailgate wiper motor with arm... My brain is fried right now going crazy with the repairs of the '93 GT, but the parts are for my white '91 GT... The dash is it cracked???

I am St. Croix (USVI) 00820...shipping is not bad, USPS and also via truck to a Florida location where VI Cargo can bring it to me...

 Well looks like you want to "part it" one way or the other... Might as well be behind the wheel and enjoying it...

The internals on the GT engine are very sturdy... I've hear of some guys using safely 75 and 100 shots... and I read here of somebody who was going to go for 125... Worn rings in an old engine could be an issue down the road though... :yeahyeah

If you decide to part it in a regular way, just let me know... :)

i dont lie or hide info, this car needs some attention, it is not perfect.

WHAT IT IS.
It is a 1991 suzuki swift GT-i

WHY I BOUGHT IT.
It was 3am and I Found this on E-bay. I have a 1994 Geo metro that I originally bought as a commuter car to go to work for $300. Long story short i ended up putting way more money into the geo it than its worth. im into it for more than $3,000. My mentality at 3am was "OH WOW there's a much faster car and i can take all the parts i bought for the geo and put them on the swift". Well the more i drove and worked on the geo, the more i liked it, so the swift just sat in my driveway. I tried to sell it but few people were interested. I replaced all 4 shox Registered, insured, and had it NY state inspected. Ready to be sold, only on the road so it can be test driven, the local cops are a pain.

THE GOOD
When i get a car i give it a complete tune up and make sure everything is working correctly. I have had this car for about a year and it has started for me every time.
Since i bought it i have only put about 1000 miles on it
i fixed the leaky heater core fitting
drained old coolant and replaced with new coolant
changed the oil + oil filter
changed the plugs
flushed the brake lines
changed badball joint
installed 4 brand new KYB GR-2 shocks
im sure im forgetting some stuff but you get the idea.
when i bought this car it came with
Full MSD IGNITION
cat back exhaust
cold air intake

The bad
there is no radio, i don't spend enough time in the car for it to bother me
there is a hole in the floor that i temporarily fixed by tach welding a piece of sheet metal into place
as a result from the hole in the floor, the carpet got wet and smelly so i threw it out, i do have a spare its from the geo and its gray but its better than nothing. I have not put it back in, because i want the buyer to see what i have done to the hole in the floor and that im not hiding anything.
if you are going to drive it in the winter i would suggest a set of tires.
if you only want to drive this in the summer u can get away with only getting one tire

If you decide that you like the car but its too low i can put a set of stock springs back in if you like.
i will also install the carpet if you would like, or i could just give it to you to so it can be installed once the floor is fixed properly.
