Umm you can get a larger rubber band to wind up that baby with!
J/K I dunno about mods on that.. just try the basics.. exhaust and intake and work from there

Buy an alto RSR 660cc turbo 12 valve engine and fit that. Mod the suspension with fully adjustable gear - it can definitely be done. Fit a Link ECU and run about 11psi, no more. Use a 2" exhaust and a front mount intercooler, not the top-mount they come with. You will now outrun mildly modded GTi's. Don't expect it to be an easy change, though, or cheap.

One more thing - buy the grippiest steering wheel you can - you'll need to hang on 'ocs of the torque steer. Mate has this engine in a baby Suzuki Mighty Boy.....but he has fitted up 4wd to his. Shits all over my GTi at the hillclimb. The 4wd is why he can beat more modded GTi's. That and the weight thing.
