Ok did search as usual, but would have required hours of scouging through threads and may still have come up empty.

I have 95 swift.

Well simple question, going to drain radiator coolant toworro and put in new coolant.

My swift AutoFix (90-93) manual recommends using "Antifreeze/Anticorrosion collant (Holden equivlanet - HN1897, 30% by volume)."

I take it the 30% by volume is the level of antifreeze (Ethylene Glycol) and that is to be diluted with 70% water.

Well my dad bought we some Castrol RadiCool anti-freeze. Yes the green stuff. Anyways it contains 33% ethylene glycol premixed with deminerlised water and radiator corrosion inhibitors. It says it is suitable for use in all cast iron, steal, copper and aluminum alloys used in engines and radiators. Im sure this level of EG (33%) is fine because it says many brands use considerably less and the autofix manual says in cold temps to use up to 50% EG.

So this stuff is probarly fine but there is no harm in just checking.
