Wonderful... looks amazing. Thanks for posting pictures. Can't wait to get one for my Mk1 and see the amazing gains that'll no doubt come about as a result of it.

I think you have nothing to worry about. Mine isn't bored over, but the head is shaved a little. I hit 6k rpm everyday and drive at top speed a few times a week and the headgasket is still there 8)

I contacted Mike asked him what his thoughts might be in a nut shell he said I took.040 off the head and you will be fine. I did order the good head gasket today (no blow) from ebay.now I'm off to the shop

I'm sure he will like it :D

Today I got reminded of how much I like it myself. I had to put the cat and the stock cam back in, or it wouldn't pass emissions. Sway bar and brace are gone too because of the cat, so for the next couple of days it's almost completely stock and I think it is pretty boring :P

Hi! That info at your signature... what time did you do while still stock from 0 to 100 kph? Just out of curiosity.

The injector is not the problem. Contact maxbore.com and see what he can do for you.

I used to do them, but just don't have the time anymore, so I spoke the owner of Maxbore and he said he'd be happy to take the G10 work.

if you go to the website they explain what they will do and will tell you how aggressive they are with the bore.
