My '97 1.3L is equipped with a Suzuki RD 8V SOHC header (with upstream O2 bung) installed and a 2" exhaust. The second O2 sensor was incorrectly installed in a bung located before the CAT instead of after so I am having that corrected this week. The issue is that there is not much room after the header to relocate the cat closer to the header and install a bung for the downstream O2. I would like to be able to get away with not having to lengthen the O2 wiring harness since I hear that can effect the voltage readings. If anyone has installed an aftermarket header and has suggestions, I would appreciate it. Thanks!

Why not go to junkyard and find 4 wire O2 sensor with longer wiring harness , Im sure there are as many configurations as there are models of OBD2 cars. You may be able to find something that works for your exhaust. Once you find what works you will be able to order even new one by make , model and year, if you prefer not to use a used one out of the junkyard.

Anyone know of a downstream four wire O2 (with the same voltage config) that has a longer harness?

You might be able to find an extension cable. The length isn't enough to affect voltage. Look on ebay.

The whole thing comes down to the connector. Does anyone know if the connector was a standard style for Japanese (or possibly GM) cars? This JBA extension cable that Summit offers looks pretty close.
