Im looking for either the complete engine rebuild kit or a lower and uppersets. I have a 1994 swift with mechanical lash adjusters. If I cannot find a good quality set then i want to buy the kits and purchase separate components of better quality and upgrade at the same time.

Whats the best thing to do? Im clearing put some extra car audio stuff which will fund all this and I want to get a lottle more power out of my swift.

Well. Filling out your location properly would help so we know what area of the world you live in. What exactly are you looking for. The guy I use is carter perfomance (http://www.enginepartsstore.com) he has most internal parts. But more or less only if you live in canada. Google is your best friend as well as filling out your profile so we can help. And any good parts man in a parts store that wants to do his job properly could find what you need.

The guy I listed gets his parts from portland. If you email him he could set you up with a supplier down there.

Try eBay? I've seen a few on there with pistons.

Go with normal as the chrome will chip off. You either go normal or SS.

Yes and no. They chrome them to give a finner surface for the seals to run on. But you have to be very carefull with them as I have seen many cheap ones where the chrome chipped and pulled off wrecking the seal and seat. I have never been a fan of chinesse chrome. I have never seen it last.

I was gonna buy the stainless steel valves for my build. I have heard to much provlems with Chinese made parts over the years.
