Hello I have some questions about this small turbo RHB31. I'm in the process of installing this turbo on a 680cc ATV. First question is the turbo to small? I've had 2 people say its to small and about 10 or more saying it will work. I have most everything fabbed up and hope to have it running this weekend if all goes well. Another question is the turbo is water cooled can I just block off the water ports or do I need to keep it water cooled? Here are some pics of what I've done so far. http://rides.webshots.com/album/557217476VTOQtt

that turbo will be aok for that application.... if im not mistaken, artic cat uses a 660cc suzuki motor with about that size turbo...

u can leave the coolant lines empty if you wish... it will prolong the life of the turbo if you do use the coolant though...

Arctic Cat uses Suzuki motor in all their sleds. The 660 turbo triple is the same motor that is in the Suzuki Wagon R.

I got my project running today and still have a few bugs to work out. I have a question about boost. Looks like I'm only making around 5psi of boost shouldn't I be making more?
