I made it.
Supercharger sound is very good and lower rmps make 14~16 psi bost.
I have smt 6, dsm 450cc injectors,3bar map sensor, Nissan SR20Det maf sensor, walbro 255lph fuel pump.

I need stand alone ecu like megasquirt for best performance.

Wow, maf and map, what a tuning nightmare! MS is real cheap these days, I don't think I paid more than $175 for the complete kit.

What exactly have you done to the intake manifold to make room for the M62?

I'm rebuilding my sleeper Swift 1.3 GL 4WD with a GTI engine and also bought an M62 from FleaBay.

Nice attempt.

Someone needs to give you the proper definition of "attempt".

You "attempted" to supercharge your GTi, to great failure and lack of completion.

This gentleman has "completed" his supercharger install in that it pressurizes air going into the intake, a function that you never did achieve.

But it sounded bad ass though, right?

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!

Yours was:
An ill conceived attempt at supercharging that never amounted to anything.
Not better by anyone's metric, besides yours (twisted as it may be).
Discreet? Who cares?!? When the hood's down, no one knows anything.

We have yet to see yours push air into the engine, instead of just pumping air for no reason. Till we do, all you have is an engine driven, switch activated vacuum cleaner- nothing more. Geez, thought this numb nuts was banned?

he's not banned, he said he was gonna leave by himself...

I have no pics, but some dude I know from qcswiftclub is doing a SC setup too. I just configured his new megasquirt, all he has left to do is tune it and make a hood for the car. He claims the 4 rib belt didn't slip until 14psi, but it is very very overtighten... we're looking for a solution to save the SC bearings...
