Ask nestor from racing zone motorsports, better use the apexi safc with bigger inyectors, no problem with the mas at all. with that mods he offers 225 hp at the wheels.

Oscar Bartol. Madrid (Spain).

I may be trying putting some of my parts I have lying around in before Oct. 5. I'll keep you posted.

They are the same resistance, and they should work in theory jsut fine, but you will most likely need some fuel control to help out at idle.

Kyle Jones 1989 Suzuki Swift GTi
Your friendly TeamSwift Op.

yeah i was planning on an afc, i can get a set of 450cc/min or 390cc/min. both DSM and both very cheap. i can also probably get an extra set of 450s if anyone wants them i have alot of DSM freinds and they don't have a use for them i don't think you would need much bigger than 390cc they are stock in the colt and mirage turbos for reference

Swift and DSM injectors are both low impedance injectors and both operate in the same manor... I have some, but I still haven't installed them to see if they really do function the same or not but I don't forsee any problems. You'll need some sort of fuel control to control the amount of fuel at idle, and I do have a SAFC but I haven't installed that yet. The stock pump also needs to be upgraded probably just after the injectors as I don't htink it has sufficient flow for high-boost turbo.

Kyle Jones 1989 Suzuki Swift GTi
Your friendly TeamSwift Op.

I have tried the Toyota 4AGZE (supercharged Corolla)injectors 365cc/min and they do work fine on 7lbs of boost but fuel up down low, running way to rich. I also tried the 315cc/min Toyota 7MGE but were OK down low but run out of fuel on boost. The standard fueling setup in the GTi is good for up to 10psi before anything needs changing. Be sure to test your air/fuel ratio and DO NOT guess that everything is OK.
See http://www.aems.com.au/injector_flow_rates.htm for injector flow rates.
When fitting different injectors to the GTi I can fit these by only removing the throttle bracket and cable and the vacuum thingy on the other end of the manafold. This makes enough room to raise the fuel rail enough to remove and instal the different injectors.

nice list on that site. Those 4AGZE injectors would probably be much better suited than the 440cc injectors I have. I'm thinking the ECU mods will be neccessary with the 440ccs.

Kyle Jones 1989 Suzuki Swift GTi
Your friendly TeamSwift Op.
