i have get 79 mm wiseco pro light sereries high cr pistons now. Pictures are show the deferences betwen vitara pistons.

My head have 27cc dead volume.
Piston have 5.125cc dome.
1.2mm head gasket volume 5,87cc
27-5.125+5,87=27,775 cc total dead volume.

Bore 79mm
Stroke 75,5mm
Cylinder volume = 79*79*3,14*75,5/4 = 369,884 cc
CR = (369,884+27,775)/27,775= 14,316
I can use diesel now :P :huh: :buzz:

MMmmmmm... Eye candy! :D

One question though, those H-beam rods are blowing my mind... how do you get the big end on the crank if it's one piece?!?

Maybe it's just aging? I can clearly see the airline crack.

Okay guys
here's a joke me - LMAO...when I first got my Pauter rods some years ago, the machining was so fine that I couldn't see cap seperation [split] even after I removed the bolt. So, I e-mail pauter and view my concerns. The guy replied laughing with satisfaction saying that if I cannot see the split its because of the great work they do - LOL. He advised to tap the bigend slightly with a mallet and so I did - to my surprize there it was :mrgreen:

Some finishes make it impossible to see where the caps join.

I was resleeve block 5 years ago. I was complate remove stock cast iron sleeves and put in news.
Sleave outside dimater is 82mm, i can use 75mm inside dimater with vitara pistons past 5 years.
And now my bore size is 79mm with same sleeves.
