hey can you please post some pictures of the block when you go the stock sleeves removed or can you shed some more info on how you pulled out the stock sleeves,because as far as i know the stock sleeves are poured into the block while its made,so it becomes a part of the block right?

Yes it becomes a part of the block but it's easy to remove with machining.

Rebore to come from aluminium block.

Order the new seleves like one. This is not actual photo i find it web.

Then alitle heat the block and put in new sleeves.

I have had good luck with the BKUR6ET-10 plugs, 7 plugs ran good at speed but fouled like a mofo when idling.

If you want to use something a little cheaper than the fancy pants Laser Platinum ones, they are basically just the regular plugs but semi-surface discharge. The BKUR6's are the factory units in VW 2L AEG engines, and they do a very good job there as well.

Any good engine shop can do this - I had one replaced after scoring damage - pretty cheap I think $150.00 total

do those platinum laser series require electrode gapping ? i usually gap and check mine every 1000K
