Hi,

I finally got hold of G10 engine.
From what I can see, G10 turbo uses Gti con-rods.
Does any of you know if NA cranks are same as a factory turbo G10?

I'm hoping to bore it out to 75mm Vitara pistons and std Gti con-rods.
I have now made exhaust flanges for a "log style" turbo manifold.
This engine will be just for R&D so not in any hurry at all.

I'm hoping to fit o-rings, ITBs with injection/port.

Any advice?

all G10 have the same cast crank. NA or turbo.

vitara pistons and GTi conrods is a good recipe, make sure you get the correct pistons for your head.

Hi,
thanks for letting me know.
I got Madzuki getting me 8v pistons and I got spare conrods from G13Bs.
I should be getting G10 gasket set soon from USA.
I have now G10 exhaust flanges made so all I need is to make a log style turbo manifold.

Does any of you fit oil squarters?
When do you need them?
