honestly, every tuner has his own favorite hardware and largely becomes accustomed to it's software.

the hardware guys are more about the hardware because that's what butters their bread. when the hardware gets old, they're driven to produce new hardware to increase sales.

the tuners just roll with the new hardware sales and more business comes to them from that than from supporting the old hardware. basically, good luck finding a tuner. either learn the process yourself and provide your own support or upgrade to something that is currently being supported.

that's why i decided to roll with megasquirt. there's a huge support community online, code is constantly evolving, and using tuner studio as a tuning tool is pretty easy to understand. there is plenty of support for the hardware. you build, modify, and repair it yourself so you don't have to rely on some factory guy for support (remember, all they are really interested in is making a buck off you while keeping the real info proprietary.) those guys are always happy to migrate you to their newest, latest and greatest product.

good luck with your endeavors.

That is a badass setup you have there! Got any dyno numbers or 1/4 mile times worth mentioning?

 Ok, for one you can't talk bajan, it'll be hard for the guys here to understand you...About tuning, you can get someone look at the megasquirt for you as its well known and backed here in Barbados but if you want to stick with the Wolf, you can get a knock detection setup and a wideband to tune off of...Find yourself a good target air/fuel ratio, usually the 11.5-12.5 range is good dependent on compression ratio as some fuel can be used for cooling purposes..That's the most basic way I can tell you to tune..You can also find someone here or over on redlinegti that is setup similar to yours that uses a wolf ems and get a map from them and fine tune to suit your setup etc..

If you really want to get yourself into tuning like I plan to do...Packup for a week or two and head over to EFI-101. They'll teach you the stuff you need to know.

HTH

I must applaud you on the VERY neat piping work :thumb2:

Hey

Logon to zhaust.com and contact power or tspretard regarding the tuning. Getting a base map is going to be difficult as most motors are configured differently and requires different fuel and timing requirements. I am delighted to see more and more ssgti coming out the wood works in Barbados.

Cheers
MF
