So project squishy is almost dun and I don't think it's going to make the goal of 70 front wheel hp so far the motor has a 3 tech head and cam high compression pistons with a balanced rotating assembly all held down with 3 tech's head bolts. I was thinking a 25 shot would get it past my goal. The motor will be getting fed by a set of bike carbs. DO any of you think it will get me to my goal?

A 25 hp shot will definitely get you to your goal. It would almost get a stock engine to that goal. First question. Will you be running a wet shot or dry shot? I have had n2o on almost every car I have owned. And soon to be in my turbo.

wet and i am wondering if drilling and tapping the injector bosses and injecting strait to the back of the valve. also is it safe to go to a 35 shot to make sure i win when i go up against my buddy's miata

As long as you have the space for a fogger nozzle the injector ports are a perfect place to mount them. You could go upto 35 but you will want to make sure your fuel pump is up to it. Sure its a small shot but the pumps were not designed to flow that much fuel. The stock internals should easily handel 100hp. If you really want to go all out I would looking into some turbo internals ie piston/ rods and crank. Then your golden to 150-175 if built right. The biggest problem you will have is traction. My one turbo car puts out 87hp to the wheels and I can spin them right into 4th gear running 195 tires. With nitrous the biggest win is with the torque it makes. More torque then any turbo will ever give you at the same hp level. Make sure you have a wideband gauge and it does not go above 11:1.

I should also ask. Have you ever used n2o before?

you can upgrade the fuel pump to what is used on the twincam (101 hp) and the turbo3. you can find them on ebay listed as an e8023 (if i recall correctly) for around $30.

i did the conversion on my red vert before i swapped in the twincam and the pump ran just fine on the g10.

everybody says that the stock g10 internals will hold 100 hp but my experience was that the rods stretched, bent, or broke so i have a "no noodley rod" rule when i build a performance engine.

timing is everything when you push an engine. one fart at 6000 rpm and you will be saying hello to mr. g10 connecting rod as he looks out the brand new window he just installed in your block. :-P
