Hi all been having the trouble for a long while now and have been constantly trying to improve it I find when I'm on track after a couple of laps I'm seeing around 100-104degrees coolant and 119 degrees oil temps they then hold at this temperature consistently what I've go so far on the car is
Alley duct to bring air to the rad around the intercooler and separate the used air from the intercooler from the fresh air to the rad
Lifted the back of the bonnet
Waterless John Dere cool guard 2 coolant
Up rated fan with overide switch on
11 row oil cooler mounted in the front upper grill
The car runs 1bar of boost on a low comp engine next thing planning on trying is an alley shield between oil cooler and exhaust mani
Any ideas would be much appreciated

You need bigger radiators.
Johnny who had 360Bhp engine had full width radiator for his Gti.
He made his own as he is model maker and handy with TIG.
Andy Butcher used Audi 80 radiator for his rally car as well. So in this case bigger the better... May be you will need oil to water heat exchanger as well.
