hi i have a 1600cc dohc and want to turbo charge it
can ne one help me with which one to buy

ok this may be an incredibly stupid comment and i know u (jard) are the knower of all with suzi's but i dont belive there's a g16t only a g16a and g16b so i believe u meant g16b would i be right in saying that?

The only flaw in your theory is that Suzuki never shipped either the G16A or G16B in a DOHC version - since we have no idea what engine emox46 is asking about, my guess is Jard is pulling his leg.

That's true, but the M16A in the late model 3 door Grand Vitara is DOHC.

Huh??

You guys are wrong. Suzuki released the Superkick in 90. Very few models made it to Canada though. I've been lucky enough to source one in fairly good shape. 8)

If you don't believe me, look at the factoty turbo sticker..

sorry could not reply , internet was down
well i had a g13b which is now a 1600cc(twin cam) with a vitara block
ill be changing my connecting rods as i dont feel the rods i got with the vitars engine will hold up against a turbo running more than 8 or 9
ne ways i did find a turbo im going for either the garret t3 or t2
pls tell me how this turbo would perform if ne ones got an idea

Jess, If you pull that leg any harder, you are gonna rip it right off.

In saying that, Suzuki did produce a turbocharged 4wd Samurai. I found one in a car park not far from here. It is a factory fit and it was a HI top version, the roofline similar to the good ole Landrover, I have pics on my phone but at present no cable to download.

And no, it wasn't a 1600, if I recall it was a mean hungry 800 cc...
