Been searching alot in the posts and am building a 1.6 engine with Gti head. I made a list of the parts and modifications that are now in the planning, hope to finish the engine soon and take it on a dyno or track, was hoping for 14,5 sec at the track (400m)

1.6 Conversion Parts
G16A Block
Cold Air Intake + K&N Filter
52 mm Throttlebody
Ported MAF Sensor
Match ported Intake Manifold

Port & Polished GTI Head

4 – 1 Headers
Exhaust Piping
DNX Exhaust

Aluminium Under drive Pulley
Lightened Flywheel
Clutch

MSD 2 Blaster Coil
8,5 mm Sparkplug Wires
Denso Iridium Sparkplugs

New Oil pump + Packing
New Water pump + Packing
New Crank Seals

New Valve Seals
New Rotor
New Distributor Cap
New Valve Cover Seal
New Intake Packing
New Exhaust Packing
New 1.8 Vitara Head Gasket

Think i'll be around the 140 hp at the flywheel, what do you guys think??

The 4 - 1 headers I bought a while ago from http://www.suzukird.com the problem is tho that with the 1.6 hybrid engine is that the engine is 3 cm taller than the g13b engine, so what I'll do is modify the g13b 4-1 headers by cutting it and extending it with a 3 - 3,5 cm piping so that the exhaust manifold stays clear of the oilpan and than it works perfectly.

This is when I bought my swift:

This is what i last looked like:
