who done this before???
the motor seems pretty much the same but more power and extra cilinder and 10 valves more.
they look much identical.
can i use my gti clutch and fly along with my gear box????
any more differences???

Please search and read some more as it has been covered many times, yes the engine will fit but along with needing new drive shafts there are a whole heap of little things to sort out, ie cambelt end engine mount is slightly different than a g13b/g16b chassis, top holes on your gearbox won't line up correctly but can be made to fit etc... not to mention the wiring :lol:

Swift 1.0, search out some of my old posts. I have replaced my G10T with a G13BB 16 valve engine...and turbo of course....
The trans from my Mark 1 Turbo bolts up to the engine perfectly, but as posted above, the axles and trans mounts need to be used from a 4 cylinder car...reading my past posts will detail the changes needed.
