OK readin on suzuki4u About the honda piston conversion and very interested to do this on the rally car!

Got All info on the Pistons:-

Just in case anyone else is thinking of this in the future, then full costings from Mizumoauto are:

Timing belt kit: $20.76
Engine bearings: $78.00 (2x mains, 2x B/E, all @ 0.25)
Piston set: $72.94 (0.5 oversize, so 75.5mm bore)

Subtotal: $171.70

Shipping cost with USPS EMS is $75.95 (that's airmail, takes 4-6 days)

Total: $247.65.
At todays exchange rate that's £124.50.

Bearings are ACL, an Australian company, just for comparison, I'd pay nearly £80 here for both sets of bearings inc VAT, and that's Trade.

I intend to buy this lot of Mizumoauto (Thanks IAN)

Is this all i need !

Also considering my head is already skimmed to raise compression unsure what it is at tho!!!!! And I intend on usein carbs and buyin a High lift cam * where would the power ATF be about any Ideas !

*Also with these different pistons what is MAX lift from the shafts I can use!!!

Also Also lol What is the Exsact name of thoses pistons so i know when I am ordering!!

Ross

This is exactly my next plan.

D16z6 honda pistons, the compresion with this change will increase to 205-210psi by cylinder.
Overhead ported 220-230psi.
And lower piston compresion to 200-210psi using racing camshaft.
I already had the nissan SR20 trotlle body.
Perform the fuel with a walbro fuel pump.
Hyundai Elandra inyectors from 1.8cc engine
the connectors are plug -n- play.
As an experiment use the MAF from SR20.
And manage the fuel/radio with a piggy back.
Two of my friends already has the modification of the pistons and the overhead ported with a bronze´s clutch and they results are 115whp Dyna tested I wipld like to improve it with the trotlle, the inyectors the pump and the piggy back.

Regards,

TicoBiker
