Id like to explore some options and talk to some people who have built one before. only at 150whp and im peeling rubber like crazy with this one wheel drive turbo. I dont even know if I have the aspirations to push it to the 180+whp limit I was after (simply with going to the 22psi everything was built for.... running 12now). peeling everywhere is fun for a little while, then it just gets annoying >_<

basically im gonna pull a cultus from japan, I know a few guys who are actually there bidding at the auctions and exporting, not just "importing" so im thankful for that. I know I can find one.

So heres some basic plans
94 cultus. dont care so much about the trim level, ill build what I can find so long as it has a 100% perfect body and awd
turbo the low mileage 1.6 it will come with passed 220whp. megasquirt II this time
it will be 5 speed, also low mileage so I wont rebuild the trans
LSD in the rear only
big brake upgrade (16" wheels minimum)
fender rolls
16-17" wheels (looks and the longer gears) with some good rubber (the azenis rt615's perform nicely in 14..)
and most importantly, do a LHD conversion. since I have two complete cars and a great fabricator buddy, we can CAD something up and do it and just put the LHD stuff in.

sell this turbo swift and finish my 2.5L+nitrous metro and sell that too. both can get some decent coin to fund this.

soooo... anyone?

I got one.
Only the sedans have 1.6 engine. They are still at least 15 years old and may not be as low kms as you seem to assume.
As you have decided to go for any 4WD Cultus/Swift chassis you have considerably more chance of acquiring for example, a 4 door 1.3 SOHC hatch.
Good luck with your mission...

I have one. 1993 AWD Cultus 1.3 RHD with only 26,000 miles on it. They are a great cars, and very hard to find in the States, or North America.

I would prefer a hatch. like my current gt. maybe not so much extremely low km, but the body needs to reflect that. curious how well they hold up to mods too. I know it's not the geo parts but I can't handle breaking shit anymore

You DO know it's illegal to convert a RHD car to LHD?

you can convert your LHD shell to AWD by swapping the floor pan

He can also just move the registration of the LHD car onto the AWD chassis.
