Hey ive read through here and seen that you guys say the 1.6 rods and crank are only good to about 200hp. I was just wanting to post asking what your guys experiences are with hp numbers on stock bottom ends on boost. I was thinking about doing a 1.6 shortblock with a 1.3 dohc head. I know its not a new isea or anything just wanted help on making a decision. Im wanting about 300hp to the crank and plan to forge laterwhen i change to a bigger turbo and know that my trans will hold(Going to try to put a 6spd in). But like i said i was wanting to hear personal experiences. Thanks Stephen
