Hi guys

Hope you are all fine.

I have Suzuki Baleno 1.6+1.3 Hybrid Running smoothly on 14 psi with 510 CC injectors and FMS
is Apexi AFC Neo. The Sensor Select in Neo is 17 Low and high throttle points are 40 60
My Map is as Follows

1000 2000 3000 4000 5000 6000 7000
High -50 -50 -35 -20 -7 -2 0
Low -50 -50 -50 -40 -30 -30 -30

My Aftermarket FPR is set on 45 psi and i have a FMIC

Now the Strange Problems

1. The 510 CC is not workable with Stock ECU + AFC Neo as per we read on net but it is running smoothly with an idle AFR of 12.5

2. When we were using 300 CC injectors we were used the above same Map

3. When we were using 390 CC injectors we were used the above same Map

4. with 300CC we got idle 14.4 AFR and with 390CC we got 13.5 idle AFR

and finally the most and unpredictable problem

We are using check valves whenever we trying to go beyond 14 psi in above all injector condition we will not able to reduce AFR to below 13.5 even we make the FPr to 60 psi.

We check the following items

We disconnect the Map sensor from the Intake manifold means static Zero Value but the AFR never comes down to below 13.5 AFR

And we we off Correction of AFC Neo the car would not able to run even a single second

We have done many experiments but still not able to find solution.

So the question is are we using the wrong the sensor setting for the baleno Map

your help will be very much advice able to me

Because I am not getting any solution

Thanks in advance

I doubt the stock fuel rail is that restrictive but it might be. Is it the one with the internal or external regulator??? From what i remember reading on here they said they internal didnt flow as well. Hopefully someone else chimes in to help you. Im running a suzukird fuel rail so i dont know what the stock one can handle. Sorry
