Hi,

I bought a carb setup that had been fitted to a swift by the Boggs brothers in england.

I have now fitted the carbs. the fuel runs through an FPR to the carbs.

I'm wonderin if anybody has any diagrams of the carbs or a description of what all the ports etc are for.

The car turns over but doesnt fire. fuel is going into the carbs and there is a spark, but the plugs were dry when i removed them, so no fuel is going into the cylinders.

Just a bit stuck would do with some advice!

cheers,

ben

Hi,

Did you buy it from Ibrar?
If you did, then I have some info.
It is R1 carbs with mk1 inlet manifold modified to fit carbs.

Let me know if it is then and I can send you some diagram of R1 carbs.

Cheers
Atchi

Are these the ones fitted to gsi's car? If so...check the afr's.

I found Yamaha bike dealers were also most helpful!
