i need help. big time!!!! can any1 help me and say what curve i will get using the toms chip?? i think this may solve my carb problem

very very very rich :lol: "tom's" now known as Bigbear's chip is a very rich curve, that pays no attention to the o2 sensor. What's your car's problem?

well iv installed quad carbs but now i need a distributer that will changed the curve. but i already hav a toms chip from when i had it usin the efi system, and i guessed that this may change the curve without usin a vacum advance dizzy. what do u think??

Ohh, spark timing? I know it adds a few degrees of timing, but I'm not exactly sure anymore. It does have quite a signifigant advance though

you are an idiot,
get a mk1 mechanical dizzy, the ecu's timing is dependant on a number of sensors, most of which you're NOT going to have with a bunch of carbs.

i have 1 but it stil aint working. i jus aint sparkin wen i fit the mk1 dizzy. but it does wen i fit the mk2. is ther a chance that the mk1 dizzy is shagged??
