Here's a pic of my GSXR 750 throttle bodies on a plenum. the plenum is a gsxr600 muffler that i hacked up. what do you guys think? gonna run it through the MAF and see how it works...i did no welding it has been sealed using jb weld and bulldog grip just for added security. the thing is completely sealed and strong as hell...

Looks Fing sick. let us know how it works. I think you will be greatly surprized. Just make sure you add enough fuel to go along with that set up.

I hear some serious screaming in the future of that engine!! :D

I love it!!! :D

Hi,

I think he slided silicon tube over it.
I'm not sure if silicon tube is fuel proof or not!?

Lander, are you using Kawasaki TPS?
I think all of R1 carbs and Kawasaki TB, I used to have had TPS but I'm not sure if they can adapt to use it with Swift setup or not...

I also have Honda CBR1000 carbs and they are 40mm TB diameter as well.
I have to buy house before I start back my mini again though  .

Cheers
Atchi

in the picture i provided the silicon boots were not attached to the manifold yet. i used tie wraps and silicone to seal it. worked good. I tried installing them recently but the plenum is too big and it didn't fit. back to the drawing board.

Hi Lander that setup you use dose can those ITBs put fuel through themselfs?? or did you have you use your injectors is it possible not to flank off the STD injectors and use let the ITB fuel themselves???? Therefore on a Dizzy Engine taking away need for ECU except running pump????
