a friend of mine has an old 1L motor but its got a carb... he does not want much for it so i figured it would be a nice toy to tinker with and rebuild, performance head/cam and what not, and eventually swap it into my current ride a 96 1L with fuel injection... what i want to know is what is the diff between the 1L carb and the 1L fuel injection can i just swap my fuel injection goodies onto the old carb motor or would i get better performance out of the carb set up and not have to many problems with the ecu, etc?
