suz4120 is the part#, they only have the one manifold & it's for 40mm doce webers , of course the mikuni & solex carbs are also supposed to be compatible
they also have throttle linkage kits & stuff as well
i've already emailed them for pricing & pictures, i'll post more when i find it .. of course it would be far better to have someone local build it :D

well if you look @ the picture, the spacing between the centers of the intake ports should be about 84mm, so it should be less then that long, but i would contact the manufacturer.
