Are the speedogear/cables from Geo Metros with the 4.39 tranny the same as the GT boxes with the 4.10 tranny? Just curious because I can't seem to find one on here so I'm gonna run to a junk yard and pick one off a geo if possible.

Thanks.

so I'm gonna need to get the gear itself off a 4.10 tranny? poo, I highly doubt there are any GT's or GTi's in the lots around here.

for sure :D

the gears are different for each of the ratios. if you need to replace one in a 4.10 gearbox you need to find one from a 4.10 gearbox.

hey,

In a little while, I may be your life saver as I have a GTi box in pieces that I may end up having to part out.

if that happens (and I will know soon), I can supply the parts you need to finish your project.

as you can understand, I can't part out the box selling only this component at this point, so I will need to see if others are interested in the other parts...

input shaft
countershaft
diff
bellhousing

lemme know if you find what you need elsewhere in the mean time.

awesome, i'd be tempted to take the diff if you could weld it for me ;) that'd be an interesting driving experience to say the least.
