I have leaky seal in my Mk1 T3 tranny and can't find replacement anywhere . Called around , including dealer , most places dont even list it and dealer is saying its discontinued . Has anyone found a source for this seal ? I don't really care what gen 5 speed tranny is it for because gear selector shaft size is the same and I think they would interchange . Flange that holds the dust boot is different but I can modify that .

How about a link, or will you sell me one of each? I've been looking (and leaking) for years. Totally failed this week and had to park it. I desperatly need those.

There is no link , I walked into the store and bought them. Its a small local parts store with no Net presence. You can try calling Transparts Warehouse that sells bearing and seal kits for our cars on Ebay they will sell you the seal separate off Ebay but they dont have dust booths.

I only have couple sets of them left right now , and I need them for my transmissions that are in process of being rebuilt. I will be getting more of them as soon as Im finished rebuilding these.

I found a shift shaft seal supplier....I think. Part # 25517-60B01
I just purchesed one online and will post the source if and when it arrives correctly.
They do not have the flange that holds the dust boot according to my part # search.

UPDATE:
The correct parts arrived today!
Here is the supplier I found that has the shift shaft seal and boot.

I've added these to my offerings--$20, shipped, for forum members (cash price; PayPal fees extra). PM me.
