So about out a week ago I my Flex plate Went on my car. After getting another one and replacing it. I'm having an odd problem. when I try to start the car it seems like the starter isn't touching the ring gear? I got another starter and same thing? does anyone have any ideas as to what I could have done wrong?

Thanks, Ryan

is the flex plate mounted backwards? did you use the spacer ring under the starter?
