Anyone know if these clutchs are any good? Says its a grip force clutch. Never heard of the co. Before. Thinking of getting their stage one clutch kit. Seems to be a good price for a stronger clutch without going full race.

Bought off eBay. Full clutch kit mind you. For 85$ shipped. Seems to be the best bang for the buck clutch kit wise. As all the big box places wanted $100 or more for a duralast or what have you. Should arrive today at some point. I will see what quality I am looking at when it gets here. I've seen a few clutches for these engines/trans. And everything I've seen form big box store brands is less than palatable. Hopefully this clutch will withstand more than 80,000 miles.

Im useing one of there clutches in my turbo. Stage 1 it seams good. But there was some fitment problems. I has to redneck it to make it work. Other then that so far its been a nice clutch. If I did it again I would go elsewhere. And luk is a very good clutch.

The LUK fit without issue. Old clutch was so bad it had an 1/8 inch gouge in the pressure plate from the rivets in clutch disk. I re-surfaced the flywheel as it was in need. But not damaged as bad as the pressure plate.

Thing locks up good. Had to get used to driving the thing as the pedal hit half way out. Instead of almost all the way out. Nice and grabby. I punched it a few times and did some hard shifts. Didn't get any slippage at all. Think I will get the lucks from now or until I get a lot more power under the hood to justify a stage 3 clutch.

that's one nice thing manufactures did. they made them so the pressure plate side goes first to save the flywheel.
